Critical Level Fault

Core Infrastructure Outage – response within 30 mins. In 2016 we responded to 99.3% of critical faults within 15 minutes Figure based on statistics - ISO9001 Audit.

Medium Level Fault

Issues affecting multiple users – response within 60 mins. We aim to get your workforce back to work as quickly as possible.

Low Level Fault

Individual non-critical issues – response within 2hrs. If you have a non urgent low level fault that doesn't require an urgent response, we will still aim to fix the fault within the hour.
